As such, we always endeavour to prioritise repairs according to urgency. Our no-obligation free quote policy applies to all new work, but when received on a regular basis, we will endeavour to establish a consistently low price. Advice and free quotations are available at any time to enable the customer to decide whether a repair will be economical.
If you are not satisfied with our quote, or we are unable to source the spares, we will return your equipment with no further charge. Given the flexible nature of our company, we can very often successfully repair equipment when the circuit diagram has been lost or is otherwise unavailable.
By calling upon our expertise when required, you can massively reduce the cost needed to train and maintain your own specialist engineers.
